Burger King - Wichita East

Don't go to this Burger King they are rude they got my order wrong I will never to to this one again there so bad

We stopped in at 11:25 p.m., ordered the 2 for $10 meal and she said she could only do Whoppers and burger meat. I pointed out that the whoppers are on that deal and then she (pink or purple-ish hair woman) told me she couldn't do French fries. Apparently they have the fryer closed down. Is the fryer broken? Did they shut it down? Are they just too lazy to do any fried foods this late at night? The world may never know. 7/1/21

Yesterday 6-29-21 the tall dark hair lady was very pleasant and got my order right. Hot fresh food....... Today 6-30-21 however was absurd. The short blond CLEARLY had an attitude and was slinging cups and ice around tossing food and pushed an employee out of the way. I went through the drive at 11:10am for lunch as a 6ft 4in 250lb man i was even intimidated by this attitude having woman she was clearly having a bad day and was taking it out on everyone including the customers. This is literally the worst place ive ever worked. The customers are extreamly disrespectful. And were constantly short handed. They need to hire better people.

This is how they serve an ice cream cone. It is clear that their machine is not freezing the ice cream enough, instead of telling you up front they hand this to you through the drive through. They don't give you a receipt so that you can't do a Burger King review so that they know how this location is being run.
