Mcdonald's - Whyalla

The staff appeared to be quite busy due to a significant amount of traffic in the drive-through lane during the evening. I opted for table service and enjoyed some delicious ice cream and desserts. I also made a donation to support children, which felt rewarding. Despite the high volume of customers, the table service was satisfactory. However, I noticed that the staff did not acknowledge me or inquire about my order, yet they still engaged in casual conversation with other customers at the desk that had already been served. As a result, I had to place my order myself using the screen. Friendly woman next to me having conversation. Was nice although staff could acknowledge people a little more. Put in my observations on the app.

Worst customer service and long wait times for takeaway as well. Staff are eating and preparing the order. Do u serve the customers in this way?? The area is dirty uncleaned tables, Rubbish bin was full and overlooked, Flies all over, Washrooms are dirty, No papertowels, Not maintaining hygiene standards, Front staff are very rude especially those on 1/11/24. Disappointing. Worst mcd i have seen ever Food: 1
