Contribuiți la feedbackStayed at this hotel overnight. Pretty standard check in procedure. You get what you paid for. Staff were a bit rough with their service, not as welcoming as other facilities. Do not expect luxury, as rooms are very standard, basic amenities included: toiletries, complementary wifi. Food drinks: Decided to grab a bite in Caffe Primo which is the Hotels Restaurant. We came in around 7pm, it was a little bit busy and we were told there will be a waiting time (which was fine as we are happy to wait). I ordered Butter Chicken and Oh Boy! It was a mistake. This was a false info on the menu. On my plate, I had Slices of Chicken tossed in Tomato Sauce, naan bread, rice and coleslaw with mostly red onion. What a shame! Why would you put a dish in a menu if you dont know how to make them? The management needs to look into this and perhaps try the food themselves. Also employ someone who knows to make them. So we decided to choose here for dinner over a yiros from a cute little take away down the road! What a mistake. From being in told there would be a wait because there were two tables of people ordering also, we waited about two beers long (45-60) mins for our meal. Firstly I have to say. who serves coleslaw with a very poor attempt of butter chicken!!! The slaw would have contained 70% red onion (must he had a special sale on red onions) we had to pick most of it out! AND what they called butter chicken LMFAO!! It was chopped up bits of chicken with a can of tinned tomatoes over the top. I think they mixed the napolitana sauce with a bit of tumeric. It was void of flavor, texture, spice and color. The menu did state “contains nuts”. I want to know who’s? Because there certainly were none in this meal! Management need to look this menu, perhaps eat the food and make adjustments. Management notified but they chose not to come see us. We were given the option of the meal being returned, but it would be another hour before we ate again. Poor form. 90 mins later up in my room, trying to rest listening to the noisy squeaky air conditioner (we turned to compressor part off cause that was even louder, so running just the fan) . Only to find no toilet paper. So I go down stairs where a meet a lovely bouncer and a staff member at the front bar. I asked the bar staff if I could please get some toilet paper as there is none in our room. She tells me that’s not her area and go ask some one else and continues to brush her hair. (Considering she checked us in at the beginning) The bouncer went off to look for assistance and she continued doing her hair. I waited about 10mins until we found someone who gave me two rolls. I have to ask. What kind of backward customer service is this. We are paying customers and expect a little service and assistance. We will NEVER come back here again and will let friends and family to avoid at all costs. Appalling! Dinner at this restaurant was pretty average, we had a good main but the sides were terrible. Chips soaked in fat and roast spuds bland and tasteless. salad was sloppy and poor.
Overall it is a nice place. The food was reasonably priced and was very tasty. It is a good casual night out. Service: 4 Location: 4
