El Cisne - Why

Visiting Tucson and our resort recommended this restaurant and it was very good! Excellent margaritas and fresh tasteful food. Excellent menu.

The service is terrible. The waitress practically blew me off at the front door when I said I was here for a doordash. I wouldn’t eat here either based on the rude people working there.

We dined here today and had a wonderful experience encompassing the food, service, and atmosphere. The dishes were truly delicious, and as Mexicans who grew up enjoying authentic home-cooked meals, we tend to be quite critical of Mexican restaurants. However, this establishment exceeded our expectations. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a Mexican dining experience. They really knocked it out of the park!
