Starbucks - Whittier

The customer service at the drive-thru was extremely rude. If you're having a rough day, perhaps it's best to stay home. There's no need to take it out on paying customers who are simply trying to kick off their day or enjoy a drink. There wasn't even a "thank you."

The food is consistently delicious and always fresh. The coffee is excellent and served very hot.

The customer service was truly exceptional. The barista, Stefanie, personally ensured that I received my drink almost right away, and it was wonderfully handcrafted. It was my first time trying pumpkin spice, and I will definitely be returning for another!

Very slow I seen the line in the drive thru and decided to get off. When I ordered still waiting longer than the line it was gone by the time I got my first drink and had to remind them it was two. May e was an off day I hope since it's the closest to my house

People are friendly here. I haven't been inside. I always drive thru here. Only complaint is that they do my drink right HALF the time. I wish they were more consistent. These drinks are not cheap and when not done right... it's a little frustrating. If this is fixed.. I would give 5 stars ?
