Fresh Off The Hook Fish Grill

I absolutely love Off the Hook in uptown Whittier! The food is consistently excellent, and I enjoy dining on the outdoor patio. My favorites are the salmon salad and tacos, but honestly, every meal I've tried has been fantastic!

**SERVICE:** We were greeted warmly upon arrival and decided to dine in. The restaurant was quite busy, so it took a few minutes for a waitress to attend to us, but that was no issue. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the food was fresh.

Absolutely incredible surf tacos! I tried the grilled fish and grilled shrimp tacos, as well as two deep-fried fish tacos. These tacos are hearty and a good size. They come with house-made sauces that are perfect for drizzling. The tortillas are a delightful blend of corn and flour, making them excellent for tacos. Pair it all with a michelada, and you'll know you're celebrating Taco Tuesday the right way! This place is fantastic and definitely deserves a spot on your list if you’re in Whittier.

Great spot to grab a quick bite or sit down in their patio to dine-in! Baja-style menu so we ordered the lobster ceviche and it was the bomb! Whole pieces of real lobster claw meat it was excellent, next time I'm going to try the Lobster Wrap!

Suuuuuuper bomb seafood spot, OMG! I haven't moaned because food in a while but this place did it. Hearty and flavorful mahi mahi plate, shrimp burrito, fish n' chips. YAH. Extra large portions surprised me, too. There is indoor seating with sports games on TVs and a lot of spacious outdoor seating. Shoutout to the cute server for superb service and singing along to the Bad Bunny music playing.
