El Pollo Loco - Whittier

The first time I bought this pollo arm and there hardly a chicken. I asked for no rice, no beans, no juice. I'm very disappointed. I used to have an operation so I can't complain. There Horchata was much too thick as the water part did not work in the machine. This is a pollo shell, my question is where the chicken is???? I wish I could add a picture. I visited the Whittier site in Washington Blvd.

My recent visits have been disappointing, but today's experience was particularly frustrating. The chicken in my bowl was so overcooked that it was more of a mush than actual pieces, and it was hard, dry, and overly salty—I couldn't even taste the chicken. The lettuce in my salad was wilted and looked like it was only half a serving instead of a full portion. Overall, it felt like a waste of time and money, and to top it off, the food was spilled everywhere.

My orders are consistently incorrect at this restaurant, and some of the staff can be quite rude. The food also tastes different from other Pollo Locos locations. I strongly suggest visiting a different location; it's definitely worth it.

They never ask if you want any condiments like onions or Zilantro when I asked about the condiments, the woman who went down in her mask and began to wipe her nose with her hand and not her hands. Of course I didn't take the contingencies and thankfully the other girl who looked clean served me my food.

Quality quqntity has really gone down. Family meal for 4, is really for 2. And the salads need fresh lettuce. Taste bad, has that processed taste.
