Ordered to go for my family. I got the hashbrown bowl, and when I bit into it I felt something very weird in my mouth. Almost tasted like the hair. To my surprise, it was pieces from a wire brush. And it was EVERYWHERE in my bowl. Long pieces and short pieces. There was even a piece stuck in my teeth. Called the restaurant and did not get an answer. Highly disappointed especially since my 2 year old was also eating out of my bowl and it could’ve turned into a totally different situation, Will be reaching out to corporate. Unacceptable.
