Papa Gino's - Whitman

I placed an order for small cheese wings at 3 PM, expecting delivery by 3:50 PM. Since I live on the third floor, I headed downstairs to wait in the lobby by 3:40 PM. However, by 4:10 PM—20 minutes past the expected delivery time and just 5 minutes away from the restaurant—I still hadn’t received my order. I decided to call and check on it. After being put on hold for 5 minutes, the representative returned to inform me that it would be at least another 30 minutes since they were waiting for the delivery driver to come back. There was no apology or any acknowledgment of the delay. Frustrated, I asked her to cancel my order since I had already been waiting for over an hour and a half. All she said was "OK," and then she hung up. This has been the worst experience I’ve had with them so far.

One of the best Papa Gino's left the only time we have had a not so good pizza was tonight! The pizza seemed to be sitting for a while and not fresh. I waited in store about 15 minutes so I figured I would be getting a nice fresh pizza and that was not the case! Better luck next time! Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner
