Wnb Factory Wings Burger

The reviews were not great at this location, but I was craving wings so decided to give it a try.I'm glad I did. The staff was friendly and the place was clean. I ordered the scorpion and Jamaican jerk wings. Service was quick and the wings were delicious. I definitely recommend this location.

The service was great and the food was hot n fresh.

Duke is super cool and always nice, greets me upon arrival by name and the food is always perfect! Some of the workers aren’t as nice as him but i like this location a lot.

I ordered food from this establishment and a strawberry milkshake along with my meal. When I tasted the shake, I knew something wasn't right and immediately asked the woman, if I could get a pain vanilla shake. She asked me why and I told her that mine tasted weird and then asked her if the shakes we prepaid. She replied, yes the shakes are premade. Following, I asked her if, the shake had real strawberries in it, she also said yes. Which is a lie, but instead of telling me that she would check she spoke in her native language and another co-worker and let him speak with me, which was incredibly rude and unprofessional. The man whom I spoke with said that he couldn't sell my milkshake to someone else so I would have to pay for another one.

Fraud! Don’t eat here! They fry the food hard and don’t give back your money! DO NOT EAT HERE !! They are rude and don’t care about what you want as a customer ! I’m contacting BBB!
