Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

Went there for my bday dinner because they have good veggie burgers. I was in from out of town and my family wanted to take me out. It took 30 mins to get drinks. The waiter got drink orders wrong. Appetizer took over 30 mins chips where stale and wet. Food came out cold. The waiter never checked on us. Spoke to the Manager and he was nice enough to try and fix things. I felt bad for him. I was so disappointed. The staff did not care about the customers. The table near us left due to waiting since the same waiter did not want to do his job. This place needs someone to come inspect this restaurant they are just trying to serve food poisoning. Again, the manager did try to help and he was nice about it.

It's disappointing that this restaurant has fallen so far. Red Robin used to be a favorite place to go, but now not so much. The place is dirty. I mean dirty. The tables are sticky and dirty. The floor greasy not cleaned properly. You can feel your feet sliding in the stone brick surfaces. The customer kiosk, filthy. Granted customer finger smears on here . But still should be cleaned before the next customer.And on this particular order a cheese burger that we ordered was missing the cheese!!And the fish and chips entree, which on the menu is exactly that fried fish and chips (fries), well it seems that the chips are an optional extra. I was asked which side I wanted and I asked for coleslaw (which was pretty nasty in its own right) and I was served fried fish and slaw only.This is not right. The menu item is fish and chips, not fish and optional chips. I'll have to think pretty hard about coming back here, unless assurances are made that the place will be cleaned properly and the food items are properly served.

They have excellent burgers. I have been to other RR, some have an engaging hostess, clean inside, great service and the manager checked on guests several times. This one the hostess did her job, but that was it. Our server was attentive and the burger was great.. It is a nice touch when someone smiles. I am here spending money with your establishment. Saw a manager, but he did not engage. Talked to a colleague or staff member the whole time we were there.

Made us wait for 30 mins, then the manager decided to send someone out to tell us they are understaffed and that we should go. They could have led with that statement, instead of having us wait in vain.
