DO NOT RECOMMEND. I have read the reviews about this place, and I understand why there are bad reviews. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. The owner lady, she was verbally abused us. We actually saw the sign outside which says “Minimum 1 order for 1 customer for DINE-IN.” We had 5 people and just order 1 drink 1 waffles because the rest of us don’t want any caffeine. We placed an order and were waiting for the food. The decoration was really cute so we were taking pictures while waiting for our waffle. But she told us: “This place is open for business, not for people like you come here to just order 2 drinks and taking pictures, you have to buy more to keep staying in this place.” At first, we thought it was our fault so we were about to apologize but then she said:“If you still have conscience, you are not gonna give me 1 star after i’m saying these.” We just wanted to get our waffle and leave but she kept saying that again and again, and our waffle was still not ready even we’ve been waiting for 10-15 minutes since she started complaining. We left without the waffle because she kept bragging on how slow the business goes and assumed that because of people like us make her business going down. I know that things are going worse right now, but you cannot complain it and put a pressure on the customers.

My most favorite spot for Vietnamese drink, especially their pink guava yogurt drink is quite unique and different from those Yakut. The staffs are friendly and remember my drink and alway make it right. Interior nicely decorated and can tell how delicate the people here take care of the shop. Such a hidden gem highly recommended.

No public restrooms rule is fair, but they also don't allow you to use their wifi or plug. Not only that, they also require you to purchase at least one item per person in order for you to dine in...I have never seen a cafe with such strict rules. That's not very welcoming to your guests...you can enjoy all the nice atmosphere yourself, but not me, I'm going elsewhere.

This is the best smoothie place in the pleasant hill area!!! The customer service is the best and the price are truly remarkable considering the quality of the food and beverage! I saw some bad reviews that were made by a horrible group of arrogant and obnoxious people that the saying could be said as follows “ if you can’t afford to go out stay your behind home” honestly this family own café does not deserve the disrespect these ungrateful people gave them not only did they make a huge mess in the bathroom but left trash everywhere! Please parents teach your kids respect to be honest. If you want a place that can show you quality food, drink and atmosphere come here and remember that this family own business is open six days a week which is perfect for us the working class !!!! Quÿnh cafe deserves 10000000 stars !!!!

If I could give this place 10 negative stars I would! Absolutely rude and unimaginable. My daughter and her friends went here to grab some drinks and food, immediately, the owner was rude and told them in order for them to dine in or stay everyone had to order something or they would not be allowed to dine in. Then when her friend used the restroom, after my daughter buying something, owner came out asked who used the bathroom and immediately demanded $5 for the use of the restroom!!!! She also in front of this young couple, were verbally abusing the girls to the other customers while the other customers ordering. It was traumatizing!!! How does a public place of business charge 5 teenage girls $5 each to use the bathroom and make them order something in order to have a seat and enjoy themselves? IF YOU HAVE TEENAGERS, DO NOT SEND THEM HERE! The owner is horrible woman!
