Great American Cookies - Whitlock Farms

The staff here are always friendly and the cookies themselves are never stale. Come here during my lunch break sometimes and it never disappoints.

Kate is the best!!!! My experience with this location was above and beyond any expectations. Kate made everything so easy and was so helpful and kind while I asked 100 questions. Not only that, but she can decorate a cake exactly the way you asked.

Picked up cake at 11am for 1130am party and half the cake was hard and inedible. They must of made it day before. First time ordering from here and very disappointed. Will not be going back.

Called to order a cookie cake and it was lovely with a few exceptions. The colors were not all correct but it was still a lovely job. The lady Israel who was helping us was very nice and apologized profusely. and it was not her order) I would recommend this store to anyone. My 6 year old was very excited to big his BiG cookie to share with his friends. Thank you for making the day more special.

For this place to get a Loved It out of me is no small task given that one order did not go well. We had 3 events within two weeks that we were using GACC Sugarloaf for the desert and while the second order wasn't perfect they worked to make it right. The manager made it clear to me from the start of our conversation that she wouldn't be happy until I was. I'm not one to take advantage of a situation like this so I didn't insist that she give me the sun, the moon and the stars on a cookie cake but she found a way to do it anyway. Thank you to Tiffany and her team for taking the time to add the details that made all of our orders special!!
