Chili's Grill - Whitlock Farms

Food was fresh and hot. Our servers were friendly and pleasant. Would definitely go back. I don't know why people need to be extra loud lol, we are not interested in what you're talking about. That would be the only negative.

Love the margarita specials. Chips and salsa are addictive. We typically have great service; however our server, Sarah was amazing!!! So personable, attentive and responsive. She gave 5 star service and deserves acknowledgement and a good tip for great service especially in this not so great service climate lately.

We sat at the bar and ordered. Erin served us drinks and dinner. I had a very good Trio margarita and Bill had a few different IPAs. I really like the thin warm chips and salsa. Dinner burger medium for me and medium sirloin steak for Bill. Burger great. Sirloin too skinny.

The last few times I 've been to this location they have LITERALLY turned me away stating they 're too overwhelmed to take more customers or they don 't have enough servers . I worked for Chili 's for several years and this is unacceptable on all accords of business. Do better. This is shameful. We 've left this location twice because of this.. Probably won 't be trying for a 3rd time.

Usually I like their food and service but last nite the food was cold when it came to our table...they need to take the policy to HEAT there plates so the dishes don't get cold so fast. So many restaurants are doing that now. They need to follow suit.
