Bakers Dozen Donut Shop - Whitewright

This is a quality donut shop. There might be occasional fluctuations in the menu, but given the supply chain issues and inflation, that's to be expected. The quality generally remains consistent and is quite good, and the prices are comparable to other donut shops. They typically have a decent selection available, even late in the day. The drive-thru could use some improvement, as it feels a bit rough with a narrow entrance. The parking situation isn't very accessible, but it's manageable once you're inside. Overall, it's a local business worth supporting.

I have never experienced worse customer service at a donut shop than here. I used to go to this place to treat my kids when we lived in Grand Prairie, but from the very first day, the staff member was unfriendly. Today, I had no other option but to stop by again, and this bitter woman didn’t even greet me. It felt as though she was treating me differently; when a white girl came in, she greeted her warmly. I ordered a sausage roll, and she handed it to me cold. When I pointed this out, she put it in the microwave without apologizing or acknowledging me. She simply gave it back in the most ungracious manner. I will not be returning to this place again.

"I encountered a problem during my visits to the donut shop. For a place specializing in donuts, I expected a wider variety, but there were only 4 or 5 choices available. While the overall atmosphere is clean and beautiful, and the staff is wonderful, I believe they really need to expand their donut options. They offer other items, but if the selection of donuts doesn’t improve, we might not return. Please let us know if more donut options become available."
