Qdoba Mexican Eats - Whitewater

I am usually a big fan of Qdoba, so I decided to stop by this location for a quick lunch. However, it turned out to be anything but quick or enjoyable. All the employees were sitting in the customer seats, and the tall employee was particularly disrespectful, constantly making rude remarks. The food was burnt and the guacamole was tasteless. The tall employee had a major attitude problem and gave us dirty looks throughout our meal. It seemed like none of the employees knew what they were doing, and the tall one was also being sassy towards her colleagues. The atmosphere was not welcoming at all. I am surprised that this location has any 5-star reviews, especially with that rude girl working there. Overall, I would not recommend this place to anyone, not even my worst enemy.

The service at this restaurant is awful and they do not cater to groups of more than 2 people. They seem unwilling to serve anyone and come across as lazy. I have never experienced such issues at any other Qdoba location.

I have attempted to dine at this restaurant twice and both experiences were a complete disaster. The service was terrible, the staff seemed clueless, ingredients were missing, and the service was incredibly slow. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Decent food could tell it was sitting out for a while and quantity wasn't the biggest. But is open very late and has friendly employees.

I actually went in to order and take home food, 3 girls all standing around, while every step I took my shoes stuck to the floor! I ordered a bowl with the new shrimp and was told how busy they were not a person in the place and I would need to waitan extra 10 minutes, I was fine with the wait. What I wasnt so fine with was watching someone eat the shrimp out of the pan thatwas to go on my food! The absolutely inappropriate discussion of raises being on the next check by this same person who I gatherwas the quality supervisor. ???? Maybe more work and less talk and perhaps NOT sampling the customers food. Wow just wow. Alittle bit of professionalism goes a long way!
