Dale's Seafood - Whiteville

We had our Christmas dinner here on December 10, 2021. I shared the Oyster Roast with my brother, and unfortunately, it was dry even though we had ordered it wet. On the other hand, everything else was fantastic. Our group consisted of 48 people from a reservation for 50, and we really appreciate how accommodating the restaurant was. The wait time was surprisingly short given the size of our group. I can't say enough good things about the staff; they were absolutely fabulous. Thank you once again for the wonderful service and hospitality!

We had a fantastic dining experience! I ordered the white fish, which was absolutely delicious, and my husband chose the seafood platter, which he really enjoyed. The portions were generous, so we even have enough leftovers for another meal. The staff were very friendly too.

The restaurant offers Calabash-style seafood in small, medium, and large portions. I usually go for the small size, and it’s quite generous. I absolutely love the fried oysters and scallops. The service is excellent, and the wait times are minimal. I was very impressed during my first visit here, and I highly recommend it!

I love Dales. Since I met my wife, who came from this area, we come to the two Dales locations. We recently stopped with the family on a Saturday afternoon and the waiting was not there. We put two tables together and the staff was really nice to pick up 10 of us. The service was quick and friendly. I think there were no mistakes for the whole table. I ordered a small seafood plate and it is worth two meals food. The napkins here make you a big Oe' boy. I'm not complaining. The lush puppies are heavenly and the sweet tea is really south. I tend to go for half, so I can take off diabetes. The devilish crabs are Superstars BTW. You should get at least one. The prices are not bad considering that you have a big full belly. Bathrooms are clean and we will be in stock and parking lots are plentiful outside. That's a nice piece of beaten gem.

The best chicken salad and clam chowder. Great seafood!!! Alan and his staff have always been friendly.
