Arby's - Whiteville

I tried the new buffalo wings and was pleasantly surprised! They were all white meat, had a delicious sauce, and a wonderfully crispy texture—I highly recommend them. The wings were served with fries, and I opted for their fries. My companion ordered a brat beef sandwich with a salad and tomatoes and absolutely loved it. I always enjoy dining at Arby's!

I ordered the new Steakhouse Wagyu Burger, and it was quite delicious. However, I have two complaints about my visit. First, the milkshake machine was out of order. Second, when you order a large French fry, it should be served piping hot and filled to the brim. Unfortunately, the fries I received were a bit lukewarm, which made me think they might have been sitting around for a while before being served. On a positive note, the staff was friendly, and the woman who prepared my burger took great care in assembling it.

The food was exceptional. The lobby was spotless, and the restrooms were well-kept. The staff was courteous, making it a place you genuinely look forward to returning to. There were no security concerns, and the location is great—easily accessible and convenient for leaving, even in traffic.

Stop at this exit during travel. It was late at night and the dune in was soon closed. The ladies worked so incredibly nice and welcoming. Never try to hurry or push us out. So refreshing to have such a customer service at a fast food place! (This was wet night 1/26/22, 30 minutes before din in closed)

This place was so busy. I was really shock how fast the got everyone in and out , the manger was there encouraging them and letting them know they were doing a good job and they were. Great experience in a very busy fast food service. Plus the place was clean.
