Dunkin' - WHITES CREEK

I popped in for coffee and donuts, but the service was lacking. The staff were present behind the counter but seemingly more interested in chatting among themselves. They were courteous when they finally approached me, though. The donuts, a chocolate and a glazed variety, tasted a bit stale, clearly a day or two old. Unfortunately, the coffee was terrible—it tasted burnt and had an unpleasant thickness that made me reluctant to take another sip. To top it off, the floors, walls, tables, and counter were all quite dirty.

The staff are really friendly and prepared my drink extremely quickly!

If you're looking for stale donuts, this is the place for you. When I inquired about why they tasted hard and old, the staff informed me that they receive deliveries every morning. They no longer make fresh donuts on-site. Save yourself some time and money—just head to Walmart and buy some hard, crusty donuts instead.

Coffee was cold. Only have drive thru open. Service not good.

I don’t know what’s happened at this location in the last month, but they seem to have had a total glow up. I am just loving every single new staff member. So nice, very helpful, and just a genuine, pleasant interaction. My favorite is the lady who calls me sweet girl every time, and it always brightens my day. Highly recommend ordering through the app, never takes me longer than two minutes to pick it up.
