Only give them 1 start because it’s necessary to write a review. If I could I would definitely give them 0 stars!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS TACO BELL. attempted to order delivery.. and was told they were completely out of all drinks then after saying okay to no drinks.. they say they can’t make a Gordita crunch either.. and then I said.. okay can you just sub it out or give me a refund.. I’m told that they can’t even make a freaking QUESADILLA. Then proceeded.. to tell me to just cancel my order because they weren’t going to waste their time dealing with this. IM BEYOND MAD.. WORST TACO BELL EVER. Take the extra 5-10 mins to go to Greenwood or Franklin Taco Bell. Well worth you time, money and health.

This is the second time in a month that 1 item was missing from my order. Whenever your are ordering please check your order before leaving the venue. Even though I was compensated last time for the missing order. This time I checked the order in the restaurant and was glad i checked it .. Atmosphere: 2

Ordered online at 5:50PM sent our son to pick it 40 minutes later he was still sitting in the lobby waiting. Finally at 6:40 he received the food. All the food was correct this time Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 1

The lady was super nice and very sweet but my order was completely inaccurate I ordered two grilled cheese burritos and got two toasted breakfast burritos with burnt cheese and bacon slapped on the outside to try and make up for the fact they botched the order.
