Mcdonald's - Whitehouse

I don't know who is in charge of this place, but it is the slowest McDonald's I have ever been to. It is not worth it because the food is either bad, cold, or wrong. They also never remember to include sauces unless you remind them at the window every time. If you are looking for good food, do not stop here! It is a waste of time to wait for a meal that is not even worth eating. People stop here early in the morning or during their lunch break because they are short on time, but I can guarantee you will not come back if you stop here.

I went to this restaurant expecting to have a bad experience and potentially leave a negative review. However, they surprised me by exceeding my expectations. The staff, despite being young, went above and beyond to ensure that my order was correct and that I was satisfied. This level of customer service is truly exceptional. The meal was delicious and served hot. I would definitely return to this restaurant for the great service alone. Anyone can make a burger, but not everyone can make their customers happy. The team at this restaurant did just that, and I want to commend them for it.

McDonald's promotes their QSCV standards - quality, service, cleanliness, and value - but this particular location fails to meet any of these criteria. I have heard excuses like being busy, but each order should be treated as a priority, regardless of how many others they have to fulfill. Maybe someone should remind them that even if they serve hundreds of customers in a night, each order should be prepared with care. This especially applies to the prices at McDonald's today. I recently visited this McDonald's to satisfy my grandchildren's craving, as we rarely eat there. Our last visit was over six months ago, and it was also for my grandchildren.

If this is the Whitehouse location. you've been struggling for certain layers lately. I notice the same people. fresh food, cheerful faces, cool vintage mcdonald’s warmth. get up, they pay people their worth. they get excellent results and wee! for 22 years they all cry.

I’m probably going to be waiting over 20 minutes at this point for my curbside I ordered. I’m at 15 minutes while drive through just gets taken care of fine. I have watched four cars that arrived after me leave with their food. not worth the cold food full price for that long of a wait. 5:20 it was paid while I was here. Its 5:37.where’s the employees and food?? When I arrived, the last car in their line was paying After 20 minutes of waiting for three burgers and a happy meal, having multiple people after me get served even when they parked to wait they left before me, I got my food. No Sing Themed toy in the Happy Meal for the kid as advertised online, tv, and their own happy meal boxes, just a creepy unhappy looking connect 4, No second side of fries in the Happy Meal either. Fries weren’t hot for anyone.Short story: waited 20 minutes for three cold burgers, cold fries, shorted a fry order, no toy as promised so upset kid.They need timers, a new management staff, and apparently need to re-train their employees. That or a new district manager to teach them how to function as a ‘fast’ food chain.
