Tony's Pizza - Whitehorse

The pizza at this restaurant is excellent and the service is great. It's unfortunate that the owners plan to sell the business in four months. The bbq chicken pizza and pepperoni and cheese pizzas were both delicious.

I had a terrible experience ordering pizza from this restaurant in Whitehorse. When we opened the box, it resembled a dog's breakfast. The crust was soggy, thick, and burned, with hardly any cheese and vegetables that appeared to be old. It took two phone calls and an additional 40-minute wait to receive a refund. I suggest avoiding this place unless you enjoy being disappointed with subpar pizza. Check out my full review on Trip Advisor for more information.

My wife and I frequently dine at Tony's, but our experience this weekend was disappointing. We were in the high country and were informed that our dinner would take 1 hour, which is typical for Tony's, so we weren't too concerned. However, we ended up waiting 1 hour and 20 minutes for our dinner, which was dry and did not have double cheese as we had requested. Additionally, the food was not hot, but rather lukewarm. It may be some time before we choose to order from Tony's again.
