Contribuiți la feedbackExceptional service at the front desk, super friendly and helpful. The room was so cute and modern, VERY clean and relaxing. They don't use keycards for room entry, so you get a card with some codes on it for the elevator and your room, it wasn't that big of a deal as I wasn't exiting and entering constantly over the two nights I stayed there, but I'd prefer a keycard instead of having to punch numbers into a pad. Overall I did enjoy staying here and definitely would recommend it to people visiting Whitehorse.
Great location , we were very happy with our stay Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5
It is not enough to have a new building in order to be good for customers.Getting money that you haven't deserved is a bad busines .I have booked 2 rooms for busines trip and airline announced the flight was cancelled .Booking was made not even 10 minutes before the flight was cancelled,I called recepcion right away and guess what?Nicelly and politly they announced they will get $600 for doing nothing. That is the policy, really. I will avoid this place in future. They deserve 0 stars, 1 would be too much
My wife and I stayed at the Raven Inn about a week ago while visiting Whitehorse for an aurora-viewing weekend getaway. Despite a number of positive reviews, we were a bit disappointed by our experience. The property is fairly new and modern, and the room was clean and functional, though rather small and in no way luxurious. Oddly, no shampoo was provided, only a small bar of hard soap. While we’ve become somewhat accustomed to reduced housekeeping schedules post-COVID, there was no mention of such before or during check-in, yet our room was not cleaned and towels/tiny bar of soap were not refreshed. Our only interaction with staff was at the front desk, and I can only describe the employees we met as unenthusiastic- not unpleasant, but certainly not hospitable. Finally, due to a changed flight, we had to leave a day earlier than planned. I requested a refund- even partial- for our final, third night from management but was told that cancellation required notice 48 hours prior to arrival. I explained that this was early departure and not cancellation, even pointing out that our room had not even been serviced while we were there, but they would not budge. The bottom line: this is a decent property in a decent location with lackluster service and, in my opinion, an unwillingness to accommodate the changing needs of their guests. I also feel that it’s overpriced. There are better options in town.
A year ago I checked out earlier because I think I had a real small room for 2 adults and a child. This stay room seemed a little more spacious. Newest hotel in Whitehorse, clean, comfy beds, only have local made enviro soap. No iron in room, although I never asked, food downstairs is good, PIN codes for everything that can be annoying, but secure. Main Street one side that could affect light sleepers. Rooms: 4
