There is a lot of empty seating in the cafe area, and the owner should consider making some changes. Whitehorse lacks good natural food options and a quality butcher. The vegetables on display look sad, possibly due to the location or high prices that drive away customers. I purchased the last dozen eggs, thinking the store was closing for winter, but they are not. It may be beneficial for management to visit a Whole Foods market or Sprouts for inspiration. Customers want a wider selection of products, including normal natural foods in addition to gluten-free options. It's time for this place to evolve with the times and offer what customers really want in the 21st century.
This restaurant review is for a large but small organic and local store that sells a variety of healthy food options. They have a selection of hard-to-find herbs and spices, as well as a small but organic, locally grown, and seasonal fruit and vegetable department. The store offers healthy foods like kimchi, quinoa, kombucha, teas, coffee, and snacks. They also have delicious homemade lunch options including sandwiches and soups, with gluten-free options available. Additionally, they sell grass-fed beef burgers from a small BBQ outside the store. Check their Facebook page or website for daily soup and sandwich specials.
This restaurant offers a fixed-price menu with locally sourced products from Whitehorse, Yukon. Here you can expect to find a delicious variety of local honey, bread, sweets, bee products, and soaps. They also offer large and tasty eggs sourced from a local farm in Whitehorse. The restaurant is licensed, allowing customers to purchase and enjoy drinks on the premises.
You won't find better quality meat and ingredients anywhere else. I appreciate the convenience of being able to walk in and enjoy a hot bowl of soup or chili with a side of fresh bread.
This restaurant is brimming with locally sourced and organic food, both from the area and from further afield. It's a great spot to find delicious, high-quality eggs, but you'll want to get there early as they tend to sell out fast.
