Wendy's - Whitehall

Worse service ever! Nobody knew what they were doing, bumping in to each other, no frosty available, wrong food delivered, no manager onsite and this was all inside and not drive through. Waited 20 minutes!!! Never go there again. This would be the second time this has happened.

This is the first time I'm writing a review. Because I'm tired of the same stuff happening. Please don't support this Wendy's. Every time I go there they mess up my order. It's the same drive through guy he doesn't even care. Please don't support people who don't care about you. They're only jobs to be courteous and serve good food and they can't even do that. I.Have my order messed up constantly at this Wendy's?

I ordered a breakfast sandwich which my sausage was so burnt to the point it’s disgusting and un edible. I tried to call this location about the matter 5 times with no response.

I was going to call and speak to a manager but I figured I’d leave a review instead. Just wanted to say the group of young adults running the drive thru and the young lady who brought us out our food was a breath of fresh air. Beautiful smiles, kind, respectful and our 7 4 for 4s to go were flawlessly made. Thank you crew for making our drive thru experience enjoyable! Good job, good work, proud of you kids!

We’ve ordered from here quite a few times. The food is fine, but inevitably EVERY TIME they forget something in our order. One time they forgot three items total. At this rate it’s just carelessness. Employees need better training or more supervision
