I typically really enjoy this location, but during my last order, there was a mix-up. How do you manage to put pineapple UNDER the cheese on one half of a pepperoni pizza? The original order was for a small pie—one half pepperoni and the other half pineapple. It shouldn't have been that complicated. My son was not pleased when I had to pick pineapple chunks out from under his cheese and pepperoni. I found it amusing, but he certainly did not. Aside from that issue, the pizza here has always been great.

I had the worst customer service experience ever at this restaurant. It's unbelievable. I never received my pizza because it was delivered to the wrong address. The delivery person didn’t call me; instead, he sent a text with a picture of my pizza lying on the ground at a different location. When I contacted the pizzeria, they told me they didn’t have any information about the driver, even though I called directly to place my order—I didn’t order online. The delivery person never responded to my messages or answered my calls. The person on the phone at the pizzeria had a really poor attitude, despite me speaking to him calmly and politely. I will definitely not be ordering from Papa John's on MacArthur Road again.
