Lahood Park - Whitehall

My wife and I drove through montana on the way to seattle and spent the night in whitehall. the workers of the super 8 recommended us lahoods. the management was very friendly and it had an excellent family atmosphere. the escaped were very good for a steakhouse. I ordered a fillet mignonette and my wife had the best nativity. the steaks were cooked for perfection and my filet literally melted in my mouth. all the entrees came with one or two sides, a mixed green salad, a cup of homemade suppe and fresh baked bread with homemade butter. the portion sizes filled us and even gave us rest for a meal on the way to home. Not only was the food excellent, but also the service, the location and the margaritas were great. I recommend lahoods to everyone in the butte/ bozeman area.

Okay. I only had dinner there today and I was very unhappy when I left. as we in the menu almost everything over $20 a dish without side. the sides they had to order separately and they were also very expensive. now my idea of eating perkins is so unnecessary to say I have not very high standards. the steak, my man, has ordered that it be done, it came with a small color on the outside and ****! my fish was and dry. actually it didn't even taste like fish. the horses were burned on the outside and frozen in the middle. the water just served had carving in it. my girls and I went sick in the likes. there were also errors everywhere. from where we sat, we saw half a dozen sprinkles, fly everywhere and ants that crawl over us.

For years in the lahood park. have many friends from California, colorado, washington and canada. we all love this place. they have the best steaks and eat in the state.

My man and I ate here in the summer when visiting friends in montana. we stumbled over after visiting the lewis and clark caverns and I'm sure we did it! eating was amazing and the service was top notch. my man almost always complains in restaurants about the way his steak is cooked, but this time he said it was perfect! the prices were extremely reasonable and they get tons of food. the escaped come with suppe, salat, and a side that was more than enough for us. everything had a fresh, homemade taste (not frozen and reheated like some restaurants.) we have a river view after dinner on a terrace behind the bar that just crossed the cake. beautiful environment, great eating and great business!

Have been eating at Lahood Park for years. Have taken many friends from California, Colorado, Washington and Canada.We all love this place. They have the best steaks and food in the state.
