Dunkin' - Whitehall

It could have been better... the donuts were stale and the coffee was watered down. Very disappointing.

I originally tried to order inside but the worker was paying more attention to the window, so i go to the drive-thru instead. I ordered a simple coffee and had to repeat my order 3 times. I requested almond milk and mocha in my coffee, to only be given just coffee in a cup with regular whole milk. When i checked my receipt there was no add on for mocha or almond milk. I didnt notice until i was already on the highway about an hour away. I have a milk allergy and now my entire day is ruined. Thanks for the horrible service

They need to do a little better they have gotten cheaper with donuts not as much and seems like they putting less flour ? never change recipe some ppl can tell

Always polite and on the mark. The food? What do u expect? Its standard fare. But the drinks and staff are lovely and made to order.Parking: Plenty

The service here is awful! I ordered at the drive thru. Get to the window and had to tell her my whole order again because she didn't hear any of it. Nothing was ready and my drink was wrong even after telling her in person. I will never go back.
