Dee and team helped facilitate Kennard-Dale’s 2008 class reunion and were extremely accommodating. We had a beautiful sectioned off patio area and they had 30 kinds of beer on tap.Will definitely consider this place for future events!

What a hidden gem! Slate is situated in beautiful northern Harford County, MD, and our work had a function there recently, and I left there supremely disappointed in myself for never having visited there before. The staff was super welcoming, kind, and hustling non-stop to provide service. The beer was probably the best I 've had in the county! The IPA I tried was extra hoppy, and the pumpkin beer was so good I brought a four pack home. The food was not your standard brewery hipster variety; nothing but homemade BBQ and other foods that had their own special twists such as a house made beer cheese sauce and a meatball sub on a pretzel bun! This is a place you could bring your kids and chill out for a nice dinner everyone would love, and the staff will make you feel right at home. Can 't wait to go back!

Loved the environment, beer and the employees.. Very welcoming and lots of beer choices. Would go back again.
