We waited a long time before we could check in. I hope the services, especially housekeeping, improve. The services were lacking, and there seemed to be a shortage of staff.

The place is nice, and the hotel has a great ambiance. However, on our first day, there was almost no food for breakfast; it seemed like they weren't prepared for a lot of guests, even though...

The restaurant has a nice atmosphere, and the food is decent. However, the service leaves much to be desired, as the staff seems untrained. There needs to be better consistency in the quality of the food, and overall, there are several areas that could use improvement.

One of the best places for fine dining events!
