Craggy Range Grill - WHITEFISH

The food was unimpressive! I wouldn't recommend the nachos or steak bites. Although the service was slow, the staff was quite busy. We waited almost 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. The bartender, Lindsay, was working extremely hard. We decided to get our food to go because we were tired of waiting. We probably should have just ordered Domino's—it might have arrived at the bar before our food did!

The pretzel and cheese were overwhelmingly salty and practically inedible. The salads were fine, but the meat on them was unappetizing and had a slimy texture. The au jus with the roast beef tasted more like colored water than anything flavorful. While the place is charming and in a fantastic location, it was extremely crowded. I would choose to skip it if I'm back in town.

I loved the vibe and the outside seating out back, but the burger was OK the fries were not good. Even when I had them bring me a new set because the ones I got initially were cold.

This restaurant could serve as a backup option, but it definitely wouldn’t be my first choice when we return to Whitefish. We waited an astonishing 90 minutes for our food! The sliders were dry, as if they had been sitting under a heat lamp the whole time. To make matters worse, they gave us an extra beer and charged us for it. We ordered boneless chicken wings, but they never arrived, and the fish and chips we wanted were not available either. There was no explanation given for any of this. I understand that things can get busy and sometimes service can be rough, but it’s important to keep customers informed. Our party of seven left Craggy feeling quite disappointed. I waited 48 hours before sharing this feedback; otherwise, I would have rated it one star all around.

Wow the food was awful. Fries were like rubber, taters were a week old, I could go on. Poor waitress was so overworked she was actually running everywhere. Dont waist your time here, took over an hour for our food on a Sunday night.
