Candlewood Suites Fort Worth/west

First room was a no for us. The air conditioning didn't work in the bed room. Switched rooms from a king to a double room. Was not pleased with this stay. Was not terrible but disappointed.

Used 60k of my reward points and they give me the room closest to the front desk, so was loud as hell all the time. Room had more than a dozen small to medium holes in the wall, bath towel was shredded, light fixture was dangling off the wall, light In bathroom flickered like crazy, bed was obviously not a Queen as it was advertised, tv was at least 12 years old and had a bad spot on it, no decor on the walls just blank slate. Awful experience. Do not stay here!!!

High praises for this extended stay facility! Laundry was clean and best of all free! I did 21 loads and only had to pay for the laundry soap. Room was clean and all the staff were helpful and cheerful. Their kitchen suites included dishes etc. It was possible to borrow crockpots etc for cooking meals. WiFi was free and we had no problems logging on to use it. There's even a free gym on site for the guests to use! We had no complaints and will look for this chain in other cities we travel to.

Booked a room months in advance on the IGH app. Received a man email from the hotel the day before confirming the reservation. The manager cancelled my reservation the day of arrival because the wrong number was on file. Drive 5 hours and had no place to stay. The front receptionist didn't even apologize.

During our recent visit we came upon an issue and Shiv Patel the Operations Manager provided exceptional customer service and handled it very quickly for us. I would definitely stay here again.
