White Spot - White Rock

We had lunch here in June. I had a chicken Caesar salad and yam fries. My kids had kids meals and my husband had a burger. Service was slow even though the restaurant was not busy. We thought the food was not good. Unfortunately would not return.

I got through university waitressing at the White Spot and therefore have a bit of a bias. I love the place. No, the food isn't the best, if you want fancy dining. But it's a good, clean place with good service (the company actually trains the staff!), and a reliable product, the dishes that can be found at every White Spot. It's a comfort place. What else is there to say?

Ate breakfast there, service was great, food quality was great! I was in a bit of a rush - I was in and out in 30 minutes! I usually don't like to rush eating - this time I didn't have a choice.

Alot of people have told me not to eat at this chain. I must say that the White Rock establishment has a solid lunch menu and loyal customers based on what I saw during 2 visits in April. I don't remember what I ate but the three of us were satisfied with our choices on both occasions.

Never have a problem at this location. Service is great and friendly, food is always fresh, and orders correct. Place is always clean, and it has a nice atmosphere in both the restaurant and pub. Always a favorite when back home in White Rock!
