Dunkin' - White Plains

I have no problem with dunkin donuts, but I have a problem with the people who work there. I will not come back after this last stray unless the personal is changed. the reason I come here is because I work the road and it is convenient, but it is disappointing that they never get my order right and blame me for my mistake when I know exactly what I said and ordered. I don't think I've ever seen the manager with a happy face when I come by in a blue one. she is really rude and has this stank face all the time when I come by and looks miserable. I'm sorry, but it's bad mood and terrible customer service.

Coffee is too dark. also the money took too long to make our coffee.

Server was very abruptnoticed that all she served before me she said they had a good day sad, that was 't extended to me she just burst the coffee on the counter and left

Front lady had attitude and only gave us one munchkin instead of an order like we asked

It's a Dunkin' location. The service tends to be quite slow if there are more than three customers in the store.
