Mcdonald's - White Pigeon

One of the better mcds I go to. Always fast and food is usually warm.

The service is quick and friendly with consistently hot and accurately prepared food.

My wife ordered e steak,eggand cheese bagel sandwich for my breakfast. When she gets home, it's a sausage sandwich instead. I called and talked to who ever and when I complained she took my name and proceeded to try to blame my wife for ordering wrong when I know she didn't because after 13 years of marriage, she knows that's the only breakfast sandwich I like.Then to top itoff, did not even bother to acknowledge anything I was trying to tell her. She just kept on cutting me off and asking if there was anything else she could do for me. My suggestion in food services that I did in my past is sometimes you just need to listen and maybe make a customer who has been wronged in the drive thru many times at that location, just maybe listen and try to figure out the issues inside, instead of trying to blame the customer.

Food was very tasty in my personal opinion for Mickey D's I have eaten at many others but this one has the most flavor of them all. for some reason I ordered a mc double plain just cheese and it was seasoned I didn't know they seasoned their meat....?

They pump cars through to get your money. Only to have everyone parked and waiting for their food. Long waits, slow service, and sloppy made food. Worst McDonald's, I have ever been to.
