I absolutely adore everything at this place! We ordered cake pops, cookies, and cheesecakes, and all were fantastic. I will definitely be returning!

What a delightful southern experience! It breaks my heart to see a 1-star review from someone else. That definitely doesn’t reflect the wonderful atmosphere of this bakery! Writing a letter to express dissatisfaction? It seems a bit excessive, especially since the owner didn’t respond for 10 days. To me, it all sounds quite unbelievable. We chose this bakery because it has such a great reputation, and we weren’t disappointed! Everything was fresh and absolutely PERFECT, just as we ordered.

When I returned to address the issue, the staff had locked the door and left. They were supposed to be open until 8:00 PM, but a staff member called me at 2:00 PM to say they would be closing in 30 minutes. I explained that I was in the middle of my granddaughter's graduation dinner and could only come after 3:00 PM, but she said they had a family emergency. To make matters worse, the cake was dry and the writing looked like it was done by an 8-year-old. I paid $45 for that cake. On May 23, I called and spoke with the manager, who told me that the owner would call me back. I also sent a letter on May 25 with a picture of the poorly made cake, requesting a refund. As of today, June 2, the owner still hasn’t contacted me. I posted a review on her website yesterday, only to find that it has been deleted.
