Dunkin' - White House

I just got a dozen donuts. Did I eat at Dunkin? Donuts, as long as I remember. I asked for three buttermilk donuts. The guy replied we didn't? When? We never did. They are? You called? Then I asked for lemon filled. Again he answered?we don?t wear them? So I'm trying to find on the menu just to see sandwiches, wraps and drinks. While I sit where I keep the long line, I try to find a menu. There is no menu online either so you need to sit there and guess what they just have to say? have they not? I came into the window and got my order, opened the box, and they had everything I ordered, plus the old fashions that were these bad, dry, who always landed in the garbage. I gave them the box back and told them to pull out the dry ones and add something I ordered. Unbelievable!!

Absolutely amazing! I had the Matcha Tea Latte, and it was delicious. I opted for it hot, but they also serve it iced. They use oat milk, which is perfect for vegans or anyone with lactose intolerance. They have a full selection of donuts, and all menu items were available! It can be a bit tricky to find; just make a U-turn on the main road and go through Zaxby's.

The staff seems to lack the necessary training to prepare their own signature fall drinks. When I inquired about my order, I was told I had ordered the wrong drink, despite the fact that I had chosen from the app, which includes pictures. The sticker on my drink matched exactly what is advertised on their signs, windows, and the app. Overall, my experience with customer service was disappointing.

My bacon, egg and cheese sandwich was DELICIOUS!! The donuts were FRESH and the ice cream coffee was AMAZING!!! To Bad I live in Birmingham Alabama or I am sure they would know me with names????

I typically go to Dunkin? maybe once or twice a week for an iced coffee and bagel. Over the past few weeks, my orders have been messed up. I always order through app on-the-go because I?m on my way to work. I ordered a dark toasted bagel with plain cream cheese spread. I get a cold bagel with a slap of cream cheese not even spread on it. This is the third time this has happened in a row. Please teach your employees to either care about their job or how to read. It?s annoying to be on your way to work but have to check your order each time you make it out of the drive-thru.
