Mcdonald's - White Hall

It took 15 minutes to get my food, when it was empty in there. We got breakfast and it was uncooked, so we sent it back and they gave new food that was still uncooked. Do not recommend!

Stood at checkout for 15 minutes waiting to acknowledged. My child had a coupon she earned from school for reading. She wanted to use it. They blatantly ignored us. Horrible customer service.

Wow...first time in my life just got a burndt big mac. Should've known better waiting 10 minutes. Cold fries, cold burndt burgers and patty size smaller than a regular hamburger...how is that even possible? Never

Echo at the saborton, Morgantown location was very helpful and knowledgable and professional my wife and I have been to this location 3 times so far and every experience was pleasant and inviting.and the discounts help and your free cups, shirts, hats are good tools to draw ppl to your location just getting a free gift which is also good advertisement for your dispencery. Thanks to all the Trulieve employees that make this place a success. I was a manager for sams club 9 yrs and it was always about making the customer is always taken care of and come first. So keep up the good work and energy you all have at the Saborton location... Merry Christmas to all of you..

I have always received good service. I have had bad iced coffee..more then once. It was dark and tasted bitter.
