Huddle House - White Hall

I was absolutely impressed with the service I received from this restaurant clean and very friendly environment the staff is amazing !!! The cook Gwen knows her way around in the kitchen the food was absolutely delicious !!! Not to mention Courtney, Red , Tya , they had great attitude and was sure my order was right I will definitely be back again and again awesome service you will not be disappointed!!! Food: 5

Paid $30 for an awful experience. Really disappointed I tried to eat a late breakfast with my husband it took them over an hour to get our food the waitress didn’t even get my order right and when I brought it up she wanted to argue with me about what I ordered, Instead of fixing the issue, horrible customer service. My husbands pancakes was burnt. They didn’t give us the condiments we needed for our waffles and pancakes. We had to ask a lot for what we needed. I’m really disappointed in this location. I would definitely recommend going elsewhere for a better experience. They wasn’t busy either.

Horrible, management needs to check their attitude towards the customers or find a new line of work. Store was nasty and the bathroom was even worse would hate to see the back where the customers can't see. Health dept will be contacted!
