Starbucks - White City

The staff at the counter were amazing! The parking is conveniently located near the building, with no restrictions on access, and is easy to enter and exit from the parking lot.

The young woman working at the restaurant went above and beyond to find Decaf Espresso for me. Two other staff members simply said they didn't have it. She went out of her way to search for it, ground some of their regular espresso, and packaged it for me. It was refreshing to see someone think creatively and outside of the box!

I usually get a pink drink before I head back to klamath and today I ordered the usual just a pink drink well this time i added a large water I was very thirsty, with out hesitation I took a few gupls of water then realized that the water literally tasted like toilet water (never drinked toilet water) BUT! THIS WATER LITERALLY LEFT A FOUL TASTE AND SMELL IN MY MOUTH! I immediately pulled over and threw up so sorry tmi but it's true! I had my husband take a drink he spit it right out and dumped the water I smelt the cup and it stinked so bad NEVER going there again and I hope I don't get sick from whatever I drank!

I ordered a Venti Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Esspresso this morning from the White City StarBucks. I pulled up to the window to pay for my drink and the barista apologized for not opening the window sooner and l said l didn’t mind the wait. TJ handed me my drink and the drink wasn’t filled to the top. There was clearly 1-1.5” from the top of the cup to where the coffee was (this is becoming a habit from this particular store). I kindly asked TJ to top off my drink with oatmilk. TJ huffed and walked away angry to fill my coffee up and handed me back my drink with force and had smug face and said “have a good day.” I get that times are hard but if SB is going to raise the cost of their coffee they should at least fill the cup up. I will not be visiting this stand for a while. So frustrated…??

Fast service nice staff. protein lunch box was kind of stale.
