The food was fine. But the customer service sucked. Not only did it take FOREVER, but after spending $22 for 2 burgers the lady refused to spare us a stinkin' straw because we didn't order a drink. To be honest, they only are getting stars because of the employees. they put their heart and soul into their job. They do their best. I just wish the environment was kinder to them. Maybe then there wouldn't be so many mistakes. Wait times wouldn't be so long. I can look all past that because the employees are so sweet. But most people aren't like that. Service: Take out
