Ingredients Cafe - White Bear Lake

We stopped here with some friends for dinner on a Friday night. They had a live band playing acoustics that was beautiful. Overall the atmosphere was good, felt covered and friendly. Three of us ordered the fillet that was brilliant. The sauce that came with us surprised us a little, as it is not as it sounded from the description, but it was much better. The Dan-Dan Noodles were also great, a bit exaggerated with ginger for some, but overall great. Will be back.

I ordered the Amish Bleu Salad. There was no bleu cheese and dressing. I asked for more dressing and got what I was hoping for. Bleu cheese. I also ordered the Rigatoni Bolognaise. This is a meat-based sauce, typically hard on meat. I feel that what I ordered was missing. Look at what I imagined. Great taste, but minus 3x meat. Pasta for $20. Not anymore.

Great food, but a little expensive. Sitting on the terrace was nice in a nice evening. The rhubarb strawberry dessert with cinnamon ice cream was wonderful!

Unique menu, large layout and terrace for the location outside the city center usual path. Food was great and beyond the expectation, how delicious and a great presentation. The staff was friendly and a team effort kept our drinks topped and food timely. Recommended if you want a new menu for WBL.

Excellent food, with large portions. The pork chop with lomein was creative and tasty. You can get dinner and cover your lunch for the next day as well!
