Contribuiți la feedbackI came to Panera today during a horrible storm because my home has no power or heat and we won’t for several days. I was immediately greeted by a girl who I wish I had gotten her name but all I know is that she worked at Target before this and has only been working at Panera for 6 months. My partner and I are both from the food service industry. My partner is actually an 11 year chef. When I say that the food and the service this Panera gave us was wonderful I truly mean it. It means so much to so many people to have a place to go and warm food to eat at times like this. Thank you for being one of the few establishments left that remind us why we love the food service industry so much.
We would give five stars for Cassidy, the cashier who helped us out when the pay kiosk wasn't working. She was great. However, the experience was brought down by the fact that it took THIRTY MINUTES to get our food. And twenty of those minutes the food was ready but my name was NEVER called. The bag stayed open on the counter so I assumed they weren't done since they also didn't call my name. I had to ask about it. Employees making the food watched me waiting and said nothing. My smoothie melted in that time and tastes horrible
The amount of protein put on the sandwich is quite limited compared to the price that I paid. The quality was just okayKid-friendliness: The only thing I see that is kid-friendly is all the sugar cookies and muffins that they have. But not healthy at all
This place is a total clown show. your people have zero customer service skills. Asked for a piece bread instead of an apple and was told that I had to pay for it. Last time eating at Panera
2:47pm 3/7/24: order#115184. came in the store to get an afternoon coffee and pastry. Stood at the front cashier and waited to give my order. Tom took my order which was for a pecan twist pastry. Within seconds a Panera employee came from the back and took the last 2 pecan twists after I told Tom what I wanted. Instead of stopping the employee from taking the last pecan twist, he just looked at me and said “oh well these things happen”. GREAT CUSTOMER service. Tom should have stopped that other Panera employee and told her that his customer, me, already ordered the twist. But no. What a sad individual. Maybe he should reconsider why he works there. I went to the Panera in Manchester afterward and they were so much nicer and helpful. Panera Bedford is always messy, coffee is warm, sandwiches are beaten up. Don’t go there. Go to Bagel Cafe instead.
