Dunkin' - White Ave, Bedford

I usually don 't do this but I guess I can 't let it slide. I 'm a regular Customer and I always treat everyone working there with a kind attitude even tho they 're slow. But this location should Hire people who can show a little more Pride specially Hiring Teenagers. I understand these kids have to deal with Nasty adults. But one kid looks like he HATES working there. It isnt the first time, I pulled out my StarCard and he said something like we don 't take that here (signs say that you do and I didn 't see any sign that it wasn 't working or anything) either he can 't do the process or doesn 't feel like doing it. Bottom line Everybody has been paitent with me as a customer and has tried their best.

They burnt my sandwich then they said it was not burnt. It was literally half black.

Once again got the order wrong. Asked for untoasted bagel with cream cheese and got toasted plain bagel.

The fried items taste like the oil hasn't been changed in a year. I came back after several months and was hoping it changed. Unfortunately, still tastes horrible.

What kind of coffee shop one day has no straws for ice coffee then another day has no milk for coffee what brain child does the ordering for the store and stores wonder why they can’t pay the rent but let’s higher two or three managers
