Contribuiți la feedbackI placed an order through the Harvey's app and was charged for it, but the order did not go through and I did not receive a confirmation. When I contacted the restaurant, they claimed they were not aware of the issue and instructed me to call their IT department. The IT department informed me that it was unusual for a customer to contact them and advised me to have the restaurant open a ticket for a refund. I found this process to be frustrating and time-consuming, especially since my card had already been charged. The restaurant staff was unhelpful and I ended up wasting my time and energy trying to get my money back. I will not be ordering from Harvey's again.
I downloaded the Harvey's app and ordered two burger combos. We arrived at the drive-thru for pickup two minutes before the scheduled time. The time from ordering to the pickup time was only nine minutes. We parked outside the restaurant and discovered that our burgers and french fries were cold. The onion rings were warm, but overall, we paid $34 for a mostly cold dinner. As Skip drivers, we didn't have much time to eat. Our next delivery order was also from Harvey's. When we arrived at the pickup window, we expressed our disappointment to the drive-thru attendant. Despite no apology, we asked to speak to the manager. The person we spoke to said they were not the manager but offered to give us another burger combo if we returned. It was disappointing that they didn't offer this right away, suggesting that once they have our money, they don't care anymore.
I have visited this restaurant several times before, but the manager, who was not willing to accommodate my request and offered poor customer service. I suggested adding 3 individual french fries to my wrap for an additional 80 cents, but he flat out refused. It seems like maybe he has been let go since then, but I am not sure. I believe he lacked the understanding of how to effectively sell products and should have been fired immediately.
After waiting for 18 minutes for our order while 8 people walked around doing absolutely nothing, we got our order and left. unfortunately most of it was missing. So we called for another 15 minutes or so.. and when some kid finally answered we were hung up on. This is the mentality of the unfortunate pathetic disgusting youth nowadays. And they want 15$ an hour
Harveys and Swiss Chalet share this building at this location. Their disabled parking is not really accessible. On Havey's side, the disabled parking is across the parking lot and not adjacent to the building where the sidewalks have been adjusted to handle wheelchairs and walkers. You must cross the slippery parking lot and in front of the drive-through area to get into the building. Also, the button for the door is around the corner from the door with snow not cleared in front of it making it near impossible to reach. On the Swiss Chalet side of the building, you must cross over the curbed area outlining the drive-through to get to the front door. How do you do this with a wheelchair? Who designs these?
