We have ordered from here a few times and it has been consistent. The food is always fresh and good.

Editted* I changed my stars as the store reached out to me and apologised and offered a solution.I am very upset and disappointed. I ordered the Italian salad with pulled chicken breast. I paid extra for the chicken which is upsetting. Then I received my salad. There was hardly any chicken!! ? Maybe 2 teaspoons ? so disappointed. Not hearty at all. DO NOT BUY THE SALAD. I will never buy it again, never! I've added a picture.

This was my first time having firehouse subs. Let me say it was quite delicious. The staff who helped me was very friendly and attentive. And the food was very fresh. It has me craving it all the time.

DISAPPOINTED! The food was meh but the real problem was the bathroom didn't have soap!!! DISGUSTING!! I had to go in the other one just to wash my hands! OMG! I had the large steak and cheese and there hardly any onions and the meat was extremely salty and a bit dry. The bread was not nearly toasted.
