Burger King - Whitby

Id like to take the oppurtunity to thank everyone that works here to help this location be open 24hrs. There has been some times when ordering there was a rude tone, but I don't know the reasons. All I know is working at night is tough sometimes. I would especially like to thank night shift for the great customer service provided each time my family needed a meal late at night.

Love the Whopper and it doesn't get any better than on Whopper Wednesday. Burger was hot and fresh as usual and service was quick. Topped off with fries and a rootbeer. Great inexpensive but filling meal.

As for me, this location always knocks it out of the park. Typically I stick with the staple whoppers original chicken sandwiches. You can taste that the products are fresh and the oil they use is clean. Topping ratios are great, I am always impressed with my sandwiches from this location. No issues with the service here and in my experience the food is typically ready by the time you pay.

I go to eat whopper Wednesday every week. I recently moved and this is my closest location. Service is usually fine. However there is an employee named Adam who I always hopes is working. He is by far my favourite employee at any Burger King. He is friendly and always provides us with extra mayo. Please give this man a raise. He truly deserves it. Thank you Adam for making my Wednesdays better.

Went for my monthly Wednesday whopper, a few days ago. Although the back kitchen messed up my toppings. As I go back through drive-through. This lovely kind effiecent employee Stacy fixed my issue, super forgiving and took as much time to make sure I left as happy as I could be. Seems like the issues your location has with staffing. Sounds like someone is owed a thank you and promotion. This is why you deserve a five star. For your five star employee.
