Visited today, Sunday July 24th..waited 20 minutes for the order only to have 5 missing veggies when I got home. I realize you are busy and it's difficult to get staff, but at least make the wait worth it!! Very stingy with everything on a combo thatcost close to 20 There are a few very great servers who are polite and apologetic...one in particular is Kenlee
I have been going to this subway since the day that it opened but for some reason the past 6 months or more I haven?t gotten one sub made correctly from none toasted bread to the completely wrong veggies it?s always something different as I?m sitting nextto a non toasted sub with no cheese which I asked for I am disappointed with the way this subway has lacked there qualityand consistency that they used to have
Really slow and poor food quality. Ordered 2 toasted out of 3. Neither were toasted. 1 looks like it may have been very slightly toasted possibly but still white and soft. Last time I ordered there I said I wouldn't again but had a gift cardtowards there. The last time we ordered there we had a couple chicken noodle soups and there was no flavor at all. Bland andgross. I believe we had same problem too subs not toasted then also. Food should be simular taste and quality in alllocations
I have been eating at this subway at least once a week, sometimes even more then once a week since it's opened. Recently I've been getting regular mayo on my sub, When I asked for lite mayo. but the lite mayo bottle is being used. So regular mayo is being put into the lite mayo bottle during prep. I don't like regular mayo on my sub so i don't eat it, when I get regular mayo so it's a big waste of money on my part. So please make sure prep is being done correctly.
