I was 4 minutes in front of the checkout before I decided, "You open or what? "The staff helped me with reluctance. You have no idea what acceptable service is.
Yesterday I bought Mcdonald's food and sit there. I'm sitting at my table and I'm relaxing because I did food and finally the Indian girls supervisor (Markhil or Manpreet, I'm sorry I forgot how they explain their name, they're not remarkable)...daid I can pull out so that they can clean up the thinning area, although I know that I'm the only one in the thinning area, it's not like to do with customers because they just go clean. And she only slashes with co-workers laughing in front of the counter, while the other Filipino supervisor only pulls out the area and the floor. That's for me. I am also a supervisor in a fast food chain and not, as we treat customers, to the manager short your supervisor with the right ettiquette. Thank you.
I ordered as follows, 20 PCs nuggets 2 supersize fries One Big Mac combo with Coke One Quarter pounder combo with Diet Coke Total is $40.25 I say then you can really give me a small cup instead of a medium because I... will never end a medium, sure, the kitter plasters it into the system and the sum is still $40.25, no problem for me, I just asked I wonder how many sauces I get with a 20 PC nugget, she says 3, I really say? They usually get 2 with 6 PCs, they say no one gets one here... shocked again, I say, okay just take the one sauce out and exchange it for a mc chicken sauce. Then she goes to the manager or franchise owner (as I have never been nickel and so much in my life) I guess to ask about this sauce swaps and he seems there about what the corresponding sauces are for nuggets and that we can not exchange sweet and sour for mcchicken sauce that he let it fly this time, but never again. Literally, my mouth on the floor was shocked as I've never been treated like that. My order number will be retrieved and I will check my bag properly, and I see that I miss two of my four pommes. Both middle frits from my combos are missing. I say excuses, I miss my two medium-sized pommes he runs on the counter and says what's going on? I say I miss two pommes, he says we're gonna get the reception on the bag we've only charged for two pommes, and everything you've paid is in the bag? I said well no, and I repeated exactly how I ordered 20 pieces of nuggets, 2 super-size pommes, a Big Mac combo a quarter of Pounder combo. I should have had four pommes, he said well, it must have been a communication mistake and if you want two more pommes, you have to pay for it. I then said this is a mistake you guys made, I would expect you to do it right by honoring my order and giving me the two middle pommes you wrote from my order. He refused and said that you did not pay for them, come back to the line and order two more pommes! Shocked again, I come back to the line and pay $7.17 or something and wait 5 minutes again, so I get my entire order. I'm so upset, I've never been treated worse in any restaurant, let alone a McDonald's, which I often have with my children. When I came to the picnic table to eat lunch with my family, the 20 nuggets were actually burned! Not a golden color, but hard hard hard hard and a deeep brown color! I was so disappointed and will give NIE the McDonald’s in Whistler my business again.
First in line and took 10 mins to take my order and another 15 to receive coffee only ! terrible service
