BG Urban Grill - Whistler

Had the half ribs... pathetic! I thought because it was Canada, they would know how to serve good ribs. Unfortunately, it was a tiny part and the way you would already buy with a sauce in a cheap supermarket. How could they make it so wrong...for...the price! The beer was good. My husband had a burger who was okay. I went to the bathroom and almost fell off when the toilet seat was really loose! Plus a big big stone in the middle of the floor... provided used at times to open the door...big travel danger! I wish I would read on Trip Advisor before the selection

Now called All Seasons Grill. We were there when it was called the urban barbecue and the food was good for the cost. Now the price seems to have risen and the food quality is down. Worst Calamari ever. Pizza was okay, though it wasn't what we ordered. Quinoa Salat was another disappointment. Service was friendly and this is reason for two stars. It won't go back.

I want to say something good about the place, but the food is really terrible. There were 4 of us for breakfast and all our food was stone cold and like cardboard in texture. We had already eaten food and decent, but wow, things have changed! The server was beautiful!!

With a group, we tried Lachsburger, Quinoa Salat, bbq chicken pizza, garden salads, Yam-Fries, and you had breakfast. Each of us was satisfied with our menu item. The highlight for me was a Lachsburger who was a real wild salmon fillet... perfectly cooked! The bottom of this place is how long you have to wait for the meal. We had to wait a very long time, even with the place only about 1/4 full.

We regularly visit Whistler and eat at this restaurant without any issues. Had the Friday rib and beer special for $20. It was okay but the fries was pretty bad. Not sure whether they were the lunch time fries that was refried or really over...cooked fries. Service was okay. We did not catch it at the time we paid, but we were charged approximately $11 service charge for a $60 bill for 3 people. On top of that we tipped. If we were made aware of the service fee, the tip would have been adjusted accordingly. Most restaurants will tell you of service charge for large groups but they did not. We are not happy and will not be returning.
